Everyone in Dr. Gardiner's staff are amazing, at least the two ladies I worked with, I must apologize for my lack of being able to recognize them, as I was basically blind my entire visit after removing my contacts. but everyone I worked with was so very kind and helpful in explaining my options with my insurance, and helping me pick out the perfect frames for my glasses.
Dr. Gardiner is wonderful too, he is very friendly and nice. I have been going to him for a couple of years now, but he has earned a patient and customer in me for as long as I am in the Austin area. He was very good at explaining what changed and spent the extra minute or two with me to make sure the prescription he gave me was just right for me.
Thank you Dr. Gardiner and Staff for the wonderful work you do for those of us who need a little extra help seeing!
